Alberta is a beautiful province in Western Canada. Not only does it have vast agricultural resources, but also oil reserves and the scenic Rocky Mountains on its borders. Alberta is one of the most beautiful places in Canada, if not the world. A calm, respectful population has made it a destination place to live for thousands of immigrants.
The AINP Alberta Provincial Nominee Program was created with the goal of economic development in mind, and today there are over 60 occupations that can be considered AINP eligible.
The AINP’s streams include:

This immigration stream is for people already living in Alberta who have been offered a job by an Alberta employer. It aims to help immigrants continue living and working in Alberta full-time. Applicants must have work experience and a formal job offer in Alberta, as well as:
- a high school level of education
- English or French language to a level equivalent to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 4

Getting a nomination through this stream increases your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score by 600 points, essentially guaranteeing you’ll be invited to apply for permanent residence in Canada.
